In order for a horse to perform at the highest level, it must be supplied with a sufficient amount of electrolyte. Horses are unique: They cool their bodies by sweating out large amounts of fluid. Therefore, water loss is greatly increased, especially in hot temperatures. However, water isn't the only substance lost when you sweat. Electrolytes are also excreted in large quantities. If there is a lack of sodium and potassium over a longer period of time, this can cause considerable damage to the horse's organism.

Feeding recommendation:

• Horses in training/competition: 1 pack of 50g daily
• In hot temperatures & transport: 1 package of 50g daily
