Nr. 7 Jungbrunnen is based on magnesium citrate. The magnesium used comes from hawthorn, galangal, rosemary, gingko and lemon balm. The recipe also includes green tea extract, grape seeds and linseeds. Proanthocyanidins (OPC), catechins (anthocyanidins), quercetin and a natural vitamin E round off the recipe.
Recommended use:
- Take 4 capsules a day, with food or after eating.
