Horses hooves are highly complex and have a metabolically active structure. The growth and stability of the horn wall depend on the well-circulated hoof skin. Specific nutrients are very important for keeping the hooves healthy.

A sensitive vascular network ensures that nutrients and toxins are transported out of the hooves. The hoofbone itself is embedded in a buffer characterised by connective tissue, whose stability, padding and elasticity are crucial for supporting the horse's body. Specific nutrients are of the utmost importance for hoof quality and hoof growth.

No. 2 Standfest supplies selected micronutrients in a special combination of herbs and DHA-rich algae. This product is also ideal for senior horses that need more minerals.

Feeding recommendation:

• For large horses, use 3 measuring spoons per day (45g). Feed small horses and foals less.
• Due to the increased trace element and vitamin content, please do not feed more than 120g per horse per day. To support the veterinarian and farrier for hoof cancer, increase the amount to 60g.
• No. 2 Standfest meets the nutritional requirements of the horses exactly. For this reason, they do not need an additional mineral feed. During the cold season or while they are changing their coats, it may be useful to supplement No.17 Feuerstrahl.
