Dandelion can have a positive supportive effect on digestion and metabolism. The dandelion has a diuretic and purifying effect. The bitter substances in the leaves of the plant stimulate the appetite and aid digestion.
The most important ingredients in dandelion are retinol, resins, insulin, choline, ascorbic acid, nicotinic acid, potassium and bitter substances.
